Marvin is a dual status Pastor, continuing to work in the corporate world as Senior Vice President of Service at Shimadzu Scientific a global Japanese analytical chemistry instrument company, where he has been employed since 1987.
He is also the CEO of MarJenk Consulting, which he founded in 2015 to offer his services as a Certified John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker to businesses and ministries to assist in identifying and developing leaders. He travels extensively domestically in the USA and frequently visits Japan, Germany and most recently China. He has a passion for teaching and preaching the word of God and has taught Christian leadership classes and workshops throughout the tri-state area.
Marvin is also Founder and Executive President of H.O.P.E. Academy. H.O.P.E. is an acronym for Helping Ordinary People Excel and is a community action/life skills organization that conducts seminars taught by experts dealing with career development, personal finances, legal help, personal health, home purchase, technology and more, designed to enhance the daily lives of people.
The Lord has certainly favored and blessed Marvin in his spiritual and natural endeavors.

A customer may be a person who may or may not purchase a product or service from you. A client is someone with whom you have built a relationship with. Clients return, a customer may not.
If you perform an effective job of customer service, which includes capturing their contact information, you can follow up with them in a personable way.

Since 1989, Marvin has served in many ministry leadership roles: Deacon, Trustee, Sunday School Teacher, Christian Education Director, Men Ministry Leader, Evangelism & Outreach Director, Pastoral Assistant, Founding Pastor, Senior Pastor, District Elder, Suffragan Bishop and more. Since 1987, he has also served in corporate leadership in various capacities, currently as Senior Vice President of Service at a global manufacturer of biotechnology/analytical equipment. In this role he travels the world with direct responsibility for leading and mentoring a team of 130 professionals. GOD has taken these decades of experience serving in both ministry and corporate leadership and prepared Marvin to serve you!
